四川大学华西医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科自2006年起，耳内镜技术的运用便已成常态。随着时间的推进与技术的革新，该检查室已逐渐蜕变为一个功能完备、设备尖端、技术精湛、服务卓越的专科检查治疗室。检查室位于门诊二楼A区，是患者信赖的医疗之地，共拥有专职内镜医师和技师2名、护士1名，规范化培训医师和技师若干，确保了每一位病人都能得到最专业、最贴心的医疗体验。
Since 2006, the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at West China Hospital, Sichuan University, has made routine use of endoscopic technology in the ear. With the passage of time and technological advancements, the examination room has gradually evolved into a comprehensive, state-of-the-art, highly skilled, and outstanding specialized examination and treatment room. Located on the second floor of the outpatient department, Area A, the room is a trusted medical destination for patients and is staffed by two full-time endoscopic physicians and technicians, one nurse, and several trainee physicians and technicians who have undergone standardized training, ensuring that every patient receives the most professional and caring medical experience.
检查室配备了高清的内镜摄像系统和图文工作站共两套，形成了高效的局域网络系统，使得医院的每一台联网计算机都能同步查阅耳内镜图文报告，大大提高了工作效率和患者的就医体验。耳内镜室每年为2万余名患者提供诊疗服务，拥有六十多支不同规格的内镜，每支内镜都经过低温等离子灭菌消毒，确保了一人一镜、一镜一消的严格消毒制度，有效预防了交叉感染的发生，为患者的健康保驾护航。
The examination room is equipped with two high-definition endoscope imaging systems and graphic workstations, forming an efficient local network system, so that every connected computer in the hospital can synchronously view the endoscope graphic report, greatly improving work efficiency and the patient's medical experience. The endoscope room provides medical services to more than 20,000 patients every year, with more than 60 different specifications of endoscopes. Each endoscope has been sterilized by low-temperature plasma sterilization, ensuring a strict sterilization system of one person, one endoscope, and one sterilization for each endoscope, effectively preventing cross-infection and safeguarding the health of patients.
除了常规的耳内镜检查和内镜下耵聍取出治疗外，检查室还承担了多种耳科门诊内镜微创手术。如鼓膜穿刺注药术、鼓膜切开术、鼓膜置管术及外耳道胆脂瘤取出术等，这些手术的开展为患者提供了更精确的诊断和更微创的治疗方式。
In addition to routine ear endoscopic examination and endoscopic cerumen removal treatment, the examination room also undertakes a variety of ear surgery using endoscopic minimally invasive techniques. Such procedures as tympanic puncture and injection, tympanostomy, tympanostomy tube insertion, and cholesteatoma removal are performed, which provide patients with more precise diagnoses and less invasive treatment options.
