过敏源检查是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科重要的医疗服务组成部分，是鼻科学、变态反应科学以及其他相关学科疾病诊断的重要依据。四川大学华西医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科于2009年开展过敏相关检查，2022年成立过敏反应中心。

Allergy testing is an important part of medical services provided by the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, and serves as an important basis for the diagnosis of diseases in otolaryngology, allergy, and other related disciplines. The Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Sichuan University West China Hospital began allergy-related testing in 2009, and established the Allergy Response Center in 2022.

过敏中心检查室开展过敏原气传及食物过敏原皮肤点刺试验、血清过敏原特异性IgE检测、斑贴试验、鼻腔黏膜过敏原激发试验、鼻腔通气功能评估、鼻腔分泌物检测、肺功能检测、呼出气一氧化氮检测、药物皮肤试验、药物激发试验、食物激发试验等与国际接轨特色检测。开展脱敏治疗、生物靶向治疗、难治性哮喘多维评估等特色治疗。可为各类过敏及其相关疾病,包括过敏性鼻炎、鼻窦炎、过敏性结膜炎支气管哮喘、难治性慢性咳嗽、过敏性支气管肺曲菌病(ABPA)、非甾体类药物加重呼吸道疾病(NERD)、荨麻疹、血管神经性水肿(包括遗传性血管性水肿/ HAE)、特应性皮炎(湿疹)、接触性过敏性皮炎、食物过敏、药物过敏、严重过敏反应与过敏性休克等疾病患者提供专业化、一体化诊治。

The Allergy Center's examination room provides international standard tests such as airborne allergen skin prick test, food allergen skin prick test, serum allergen-specific IgE detection, patch test, nasal mucosa allergen challenge test, nasal airflow function evaluation, nasal secretion detection, pulmonary function test, exhaled nitric oxide test, drug skin test, drug challenge test, food challenge test, etc. It also offers specialized treatments such as desensitization therapy, biological targeted therapy, and multi-dimensional evaluation of difficult-to-treat asthma. It can provide professional and integrated treatment for patients with allergic diseases and related conditions, including allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, allergic conjunctivitis, bronchial asthma, difficult-to-treat chronic cough, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA), nonsteroidal drug-induced respiratory disease (NERD), urticaria, angioedema (including hereditary angioedema/HAE), atopic dermatitis (eczema), contact allergic dermatitis, food allergy, drug allergy, severe allergic reactions and anaphylaxis.
