电子鼻咽喉镜（简称：喉镜）检查是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科重要的内镜检查之一，喉镜检查室亦是集临床诊疗与科研教学于一体的咽喉内镜诊疗中心，在咽喉疾病的诊治及相应科研教学方面发挥了重要的、不可或缺的作用。

The laryngoscope examination room is also a comprehensive endoscopic examination and treatment center for pharynx and larynx, integrating clinical diagnosis and treatment, scientific research, and teaching. It has played an important and indispensable role in the diagnosis and treatment of pharynx and larynx diseases, as well as corresponding scientific research and teaching.
本检查室配备有各种型号高清喉镜及专业消洗设备，能满足包括婴幼儿及儿童等不同年龄段患者诊疗需求。人员方面现有专职喉镜医师4名，另有数名内镜技师及规范化培训技师，团队成员高效高质地负责从周一到周六本科室所有门诊及住院病人的咽喉内镜检查及治疗工作。同时，检查室提供咽喉肿瘤围手术期全程管理服务，并开展特色嗓音康复训练治疗。
This examination room is equipped with various types of high-definition laryngoscopes and professional cleaning and disinfection equipment, which can meet the needs of patients of different age groups, including infants and children. In terms of personnel, there are currently four full-time laryngoscope doctors, as well as several endoscope technicians and standardized training technicians. The team members work efficiently and high-quality to perform all outpatient and inpatient laryngoscopic examinations and treatments from Monday to Saturday in this department. At the same time, the examination room provides comprehensive management services for laryngeal tumor perioperative period and conducts special voice rehabilitation treatment.
本检查室已开展诊断项目包含：普通喉镜检查、频闪喉镜检查、计算机嗓音分析，窄带成像内镜（NBI）检查、内镜下吞咽功能评估等。作为省内最早开展窄带成像内镜检查的单位，其咽喉早癌筛查能力处于国内领先水平，通过每年两次的内镜规范化培训及早癌筛查培训班，大大带动了西部地区规范化内镜操作及早癌筛查技术的推广应用。
This examination room offers the following diagnostic services: routine laryngoscope examination, stroboscopic laryngoscope examination, computer vocal analysis, narrow-band imaging endoscopy (NBI) examination, and endoscopic evaluation of swallowing function. As one of the earliest units to offer narrow-band imaging endoscopy examination in the province, our department's ability to screen for early throat cancer is at the domestic leading level. Through regular training sessions on endoscope standardization and early cancer screening twice a year, we have greatly promoted the application of standardized endoscope operation and early cancer screening technology in the western region.
已开展喉镜治疗项目包含：咽喉部活检术、咽喉部异物取出术、环杓关节复位术、喉镜引导下激光治疗咽喉部病变、喉镜引导下肉毒素注射治疗痉挛性发声障碍、喉镜下治疗喉接触性肉芽肿等。现检查室所开展的喉镜治疗项目已包含本专业领域内所有的喉镜治疗项目，并且积累了丰富的临床经验，治疗能力处于国内先进水平。
The endoscopic treatment projects that have been carried out include: biopsy of the pharynx and larynx, removal of foreign bodies from the pharynx and larynx, restoration of the arytenoid joint, laser treatment of laryngeal lesions guided by laryngoscope, botulinum toxin injection for dysphonic disorders guided by laryngoscope, and treatment of laryngeal contact granuloma under laryngoscope, etc. The endoscopic treatment projects currently being carried out in the examination room have already included all endoscopic treatment projects in the field, and have accumulated rich clinical experience. The treatment capacity is at the advanced level in the country.
