电子鼻咽喉镜（简称：喉镜）检查是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科重要的内镜检查之一，喉镜检查室亦是集临床诊疗与科研教学于一体的咽喉内镜诊疗中心，在咽喉疾病的诊治及相应科研教学方面发挥了重要的、不可或缺的作用。
Electronic nasopharyngolaryngoscopy (commonly referred to as laryngoscopy) is one of the essential endoscopic examinations in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery. The laryngoscopy room also serves as a comprehensive laryngoscopy diagnosis and treatment center that integrates clinical diagnosis and treatment with scientific research and teaching. It has played an important and indispensable role in the diagnosis and treatment of pharyngeal and laryngeal diseases, as well as in relevant scientific research and teaching.
本检查室配备有各种型号高清喉镜及专业消洗设备，能满足包括婴幼儿及儿童等不同年龄段患者诊疗需求。人员方面现有专职喉镜医师4名，另有数名内镜技师及规范化培训技师，团队成员高效高质地负责从周一到周六本科室所有门诊及住院病人的咽喉内镜检查及治疗工作。同时，检查室提供咽喉肿瘤围手术期全程管理服务，并开展特色嗓音康复训练治疗。
The examination room is equipped with various types of high-definition laryngoscopes and specialized cleaning and disinfection devices, which can meet the diagnostic and treatment needs of patients of all age groups, including infants and children. In terms of personnel, there are currently four full-time laryngoscopy physicians, as well as several endoscopy technicians and standardized training technicians. The team members efficiently and effectively handle all the outpatient and inpatient laryngoscopy examinations and treatments from Monday to Saturday. Additionally, the examination room provides comprehensive pre- and post-surgical management services for patients with pharyngeal and laryngeal tumors and offers specialized voice rehabilitation training.
本检查室已开展诊断项目包含：普通喉镜检查、频闪喉镜检查、计算机嗓音分析，窄带成像内镜（NBI）检查、内镜下吞咽功能评估等。作为省内最早开展窄带成像内镜检查的单位，其咽喉早癌筛查能力处于国内领先水平，通过每年两次的内镜规范化培训及早癌筛查培训班，大大带动了西部地区规范化内镜操作及早癌筛查技术的推广应用。
The diagnostic services currently available in the examination room include: routine laryngoscopy, stroboscopic laryngoscopy, computerized voice analysis, narrow-band imaging (NBI) endoscopy, and endoscopic swallowing function assessment. As the first unit in Sichuan province to introduce narrow-band imaging endoscopy, the center's capability in early cancer screening for the pharynx and larynx is at a leading level in China. Through biannual standardized endoscopy training and early cancer screening workshops, the center has significantly promoted the application and popularization of standardized endoscopy and early cancer screening techniques in the western China.
已开展喉镜治疗项目包含：咽喉部活检术、咽喉部异物取出术、环杓关节复位术、喉镜引导下激光治疗咽喉部病变、喉镜引导下肉毒素注射治疗痉挛性发声障碍、喉镜下治疗喉接触性肉芽肿等。现检查室所开展的喉镜治疗项目已包含本专业领域内所有的喉镜治疗项目，并且积累了丰富的临床经验，治疗能力处于国内先进水平。
The therapeutic services currently available include: biopsy of the pharynx and larynx, removal of foreign bodies from the pharynx and larynx, arytenoid joint relocation, laser treatment of pharyngeal and laryngeal lesions under laryngoscopy, botulinum toxin injection for spasmodic dysphonia under laryngoscopy, and treatment of contact granuloma of the larynx under laryngoscopy. The range of therapeutic services now covers all laryngoscopy treatment options in this specialty and has accumulated rich clinical experience, with treatment capabilities reaching an advanced level in China.
