华西医院耳鼻喉科从1978年开始开展前庭功能检查工作，我科本专业不仅是西部地区眩晕病人的诊疗中心，而且还是国家眩晕规范化诊疗四川基地。目前，本专业拥有专职眩晕科、前庭功能检查专职医师5人，技师及规范化培训技师若干，曾先后赴美日、瑞典、北京、上海等地研修学习，有技术专业化的学术带头人及合理的人才梯队，学习风气浓厚，整体素质高，达到国际先进水平。
otolaryngology department of west China Hospital has been conducting vestibular function tests since 1978. Our specialty is not only the diagnosis and treatment center for dizziness patients in the western region, but also the Sichuan base for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of vertigo nationwide. Currently, our specialty has dedicated vestibular disorders and vestibular function test physicians, technicians, and trained technicians, who have studied abroad in the United States, Japan, Sweden, Beijing, and Shanghai, as well as academic leaders with advanced technical skills and a reasonable talent structure. The learning atmosphere is strong, the overall quality is high, and it has reached the international advanced level.
从2007年起开展VNG检查及耳石症复位治疗等，从2012年起开设眩晕专科门诊，具有完整的专业诊治经验和熟练的设备使用能力，另有多种与国际接轨的最新专业化诊疗设备。前庭功能检查室现拥有不同品牌的VNG眼震电图仪5台，vHIT甩头试验仪3台，Meniett治疗仪2台，VEMP前庭肌源性诱发电位仪（包括oVEMP及cVEMP）2台，平衡检测及训练系统2套，并开展对应的检查及治疗工作。
Since 2007, we have been conducting VNG tests and vertigo repositioning treatments, and since 2012, we have opened a vertigo specialty clinic. We have a complete professional treatment experience and skilled equipment usage ability, and we also have a variety of the latest professionalized diagnostic and treatment equipment that is in line with international standards. Our vestibular function testing room currently has 5 different brand VNG eye-tracking electroencephalography (EEG) instruments, 3 vHIT shaking head test instruments, 2 Meniett treatment instruments, 2 VEMP vestibular muscle-evoked potential (EMG) instruments (including oVEMP and cVEMP), 2 balance detection and training systems, and we conduct corresponding tests and treatments.
